Duties & Responsibilities:
- Ensure the highest quality of customer service.
- Ensure the quality of the jewelry and achieve 100% customer satisfaction.
- Advise customers on gemstones and diamonds.
- Guide the design and production of engagement rings.
- Responsible for purchasing stones and calculating prices.
- Schedule appointments with customers for custom jewelry.
- Develop and implement independent marketing strategies.
- Implement sales strategies to increase revenue.
- Train sales advisors at the flagship store.
- Responsible for product line management, warehouse management, and inventory.
- Make customers feel valued and trusted.
Your Profile:
- Strong sales and consulting skills, with the ability to prepare quotes and successfully close deals.
- Ideally, experience in direct sales of fine jewelry, gemstones, and diamonds; however, talented candidates from other fields who have a feel for our products and our customers’ needs are also welcome.
- Strong market and customer focus.
- Elegant, empathetic, friendly, and trustworthy.
- A role model for other sales advisors.
- Native German speaker with excellent English skills (spoken and written)
